Availability varies by nationality and applicable consular requirements. Passport issuance and approval remain with the appropriate government authority. TETEEMA GROUP LLC is not a government agency. Our service fee is separate from government fees. This service does not include any United States immigration, visa or citizenship filing. Prices are posted at our office and available on request.
Deposits and Refunds
Our service fee. If we have not started work, your service fee is refunded in full. If work has begun, we refund the balance after deducting the fee for work already performed, and we will show you what that covers. Refunds are issued by the same method you paid, within 14 days.
Government and third-party fees are separate. Fees paid to a government agency, a consulate, a biller or a payment provider are not ours and cannot be refunded by us once they have been submitted. This includes NYS DMV fees, U.S. Department of State passport fees, consular fees, e-visa fees, and bill payments once remitted. If an application is delayed, refused or returned, the government fee stays with that government. We will tell you the exact amount of any such fee before you pay it.
Appointment deposits. A $30 deposit applies only to early, after-hours and Sunday appointments, and only for DMV, document and administrative, travel and e-visa, and business services. It is credited in full toward your service. Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead and the deposit is refunded within 14 days, or moved to another early, after-hours or Sunday appointment. With less than 48 hours' notice, it may be moved once within 30 days but is not refunded; a no-show is not refunded. No deposit is taken for passport services, or for regular business-hours appointments.

U.S. PASSPORT RENEWAL
Can you renew by mail?
Passport acceptance facilities do not take DS-82 renewals. You mail your own renewal application. We prepare and check the package with you; you sign it and send it, and we do not take custody of your passport.

You can renew by mail if all four are true
✓ You have your most recent U.S. passport and it is undamaged
✓ It was issued when you were 16 or older
✓ It was issued within the last 15 years
✓ It is in your current name, or you have your legal name-change document

2 · IN PERSON
If not, apply in person
A first passport, a child under 16, or a passport that is lost, stolen, damaged or more than 15 years old must be applied for in person on Form DS-11 at a passport acceptance facility. We will prepare your paperwork and tell you where to go.

3 · FEES
Government fees
Paid directly to the U.S. Department of State: $130 passport book, $30 passport card, $160 for both. Forms and instructions are free at travel.state.gov. Our fee is for our assistance only.

We are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State and we are not a registered passport courier. We cannot expedite or guarantee processing times. The individual providing assistance to you is not an attorney licensed to practice law or accredited by the Board of Immigration Appeals to provide representation to you before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Department of Labor, the Department of State or any immigration authorities, and may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice.
