ABOUT THESE TERMS: By using this website you agree to these terms. Services you purchase are also governed by any written contract or engagement letter you sign with us, which controls if there is a conflict.

INFORMATION, NOT ADVICE: Website content is general information. It is not tax, legal, immigration or insurance advice for your situation. TETEEMA GROUP LLC is not a law firm, no one here is an attorney or DOJ-accredited representative, and we do not provide legal advice.

FEES: Before any paid work begins, your fee is explained and agreed with you. Government fees are separate.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS: Card payments are processed by Stripe through a payment link we send you after your price is agreed; we do not store your card number. For immigration document services, no payment is requested before you sign your written contract. Government fees are separate and, once paid to an agency, are not refundable by us. Fees for work already completed are not refundable unless your engagement letter says otherwise. Questions about a charge: call 718-880-4485 or email Hello@teteemagroup.com within 14 days.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: You agree to give us complete and accurate information. You remain responsible for the accuracy of documents you sign and submit, including tax returns.

APPOINTMENTS AND DEPOSITS: Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Early, after-hours and Sunday appointments are booked by phone through our office. Some of these appointments require a $30 deposit, credited toward your service; our team will tell you when a deposit applies. Deposits are refundable if you cancel within 14 days of paying. Deposits are not required for tax, immigration, Medicare or health insurance, or notary appointments.

OUTCOMES: Decisions on refunds, applications, registrations and coverage are made by the IRS, government agencies and insurance carriers. We cannot guarantee any outcome or processing time.
