How it works

1. Send your document: a clear photo or scan of every page, front and back, by email or in person.

2. Get your quote: we confirm the language, page count, timing and fee before we begin.

3. We translate and review: a human translator completes the translation, and it is checked before delivery.

4. Receive it: with a signed certificate of accuracy, by email or pick-up at our Brooklyn office.

Common questions

Will USCIS accept your translation?

USCIS asks for a complete English translation with a translator's certification of competence and accuracy. Every translation we deliver includes that signed certificate.

Do I need it notarized?

USCIS does not require notarization. Some schools, courts or foreign offices do, so check with the place you are sending it. If your document needs to be notarized, we can provide that for an extra cost.

Do you translate the whole document?

Yes. We translate everything on the page, including stamps, seals and handwritten notes, because partial translations can be rejected.

Which languages do you translate?

French and Spanish to and from English most often, and many other languages. Ask us about yours.

How long does it take?

In business days: French 2–3 days (rush 24 hours), Spanish and other common languages 3–4 days (rush 2 days), other languages 4–5 days (rush 3 days). Same-day service for French: documents and payment by 12 PM, ready by 7 PM. Timing starts once payment is confirmed.

Is my document kept private?

Yes. Your documents are used only for your translation and are shared only with the translator working on it. We keep your file safely for 3 years.
