Pay online

Whether you visit us in Brooklyn or work with us virtually from anywhere in the U.S., you can pay for our services by card online. Zelle and cash are accepted at our office.

How it works

1. We discuss your service and agree on your price before any work starts.

2. We text or email you a secure Stripe payment link.

3. Open the link and pay by card from your phone or computer. Stripe emails you a receipt right away.

Secure card payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. A real payment link from us always opens on a Stripe page (buy.stripe.com or invoice.stripe.com) and comes from our office number, 718-880-4485, or from Hello@teteemagroup.com. Only use a payment link you receive directly from us. If you are not sure a message is from us, call 718-880-4485 before you pay. Your card statement will show TETEEMA GROUP.

Government fees

Government fees (for example IRS, USCIS, DMV or passport fees) are separate from our service fee. Depending on the service, you may pay them directly to the agency.

Immigration document services

For immigration document services, we do not request any payment until you have signed your written contract, in English and in your language.

Appointment deposits

Some early, after-hours and Sunday appointments require a $30 deposit, which is credited toward your service. Call 718-880-4485 to request one of these appointments; our team will tell you if a deposit applies and send you the link. Deposits are refundable if you cancel within 14 days of paying.

Refunds

If you have a question or concern about a payment, call 718-880-4485 or email Hello@teteemagroup.com within 14 days and we will look into it. Fees for work already completed are not refundable unless your engagement letter says otherwise. Government fees paid to an agency are not refundable by us.
