Which West African countries do you book?

Any country with commercial flights, including Senegal, Guinea, Mali, Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, The Gambia and more.

Can you book one-way or multi-city trips?

Yes. We can book round trips, one-way tickets and trips with more than one stop, for example New York to Dakar and back from Conakry.

Do you speak my language?

Our office team speaks English, French and several African languages, including Lingala. Spanish and Haitian Creole are available on some days, so please call ahead.

Do I need a visa?

Visa rules depend on your passport and where you are going. Check with the embassy or consulate of the country you are visiting before you travel. We can help with passport photos and document translation.

Should I buy travel insurance?

It's a good idea for international trips. Our New York State licensed insurance broker can explain travel medical coverage for trips abroad and for family visiting the U.S.

What if my flight changes?

We help you look at your options with the airline. Change rules depend on the type of ticket, so we explain them before you book.
