Clear fees, agreed before we begin.

Every situation is different, but we’re transparent: you’ll know your price before any work starts. Prices are posted in our office, and we can send you our price list on request. Start with a free general consultation. Government fees are always shown separately from ours. Every client signs a written contract in English and their language, with a three-business-day right to cancel without penalty, as New York law requires.

How it works, and what to expect.

1. Free intake: you tell us your situation, and we decide the next step together.

2. Written contract: in English and your language, with our fee, signed before any work begins. You can cancel within three business days without penalty.

3. We type and assemble: we complete your forms, and you review and sign everything yourself.

4. You submit, with our help: you leave with copies of everything we prepared, and your original documents go back to you.

Common questions

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Your photo ID, passport, any immigration documents you already have (green card, visa, work permit, notices from USCIS), and the documents for the form you are filing, such as birth or marriage certificates. Call 718-880-4485 if you are not sure what to bring.

Can you guarantee approval or make my case go faster?

No. Every decision and timeline belongs to USCIS or the agency handling your case. Be careful of anyone who promises results. You can see current wait times on the USCIS processing times page.

How do I check my case status?

Enter the receipt number from your USCIS notice on the USCIS Case Status Online page. We can help you look it up during your visit.

What is a biometrics appointment?

After you file, USCIS may schedule you at an Application Support Center to take your fingerprints, photo and signature. Bring your appointment notice and photo ID. See how to prepare on USCIS.gov.

Can I file online?

Many USCIS forms can be filed online with a USCIS account. See which forms can be filed online. We can help you prepare your documents for upload.

Do my documents need to be translated?

USCIS requires a full English translation of any document in another language, with a certificate that the translator is competent and the translation is accurate. We prepare certified translations in our office.

What if I receive a Request for Evidence (RFE) or a denial?

Speak with an immigration attorney or accredited representative right away. We can help you find one and translate any documents they ask for.

Do I have to leave my original documents with you?

No. We make the copies we need and give your originals back to you.

Can I cancel after I sign?

Yes. You can cancel within three business days of signing your contract, without penalty.

Where can I get free legal help?

Call the New York State Office for New Americans Hotline at 1-800-566-7636 for free, confidential referrals in many languages.

Do you help people prepare for the citizenship test?

Yes. We offer education and practice, not legal advice: civics test practice and study support, English reading and writing practice, and conversational mock interview practice. Practice sessions never include advice on how to answer questions about your own case. Free study materials are on USCIS.gov.
