Certificate of Translation Accuracy
Every certified translation comes with this signed statement. It names the document and the language pair and certifies that the translation is complete and accurate.
Diploma Translation
A diploma laid out in English the way it appears in the original. We translate the document; we do not evaluate the degree.
Master Certificate
For orders with several documents: one cover certificate listing every document, its pages and its file number.
Translator’s Affidavit
An additional translator’s statement that some schools or institutions request. Please send the institution’s instructions before ordering so we can confirm the format, availability and price.
We translate documents you already have and attach a translator’s certificate of accuracy. We do not issue or obtain original documents, and a translator’s certificate is not government certification or endorsement. All names, places, schools and numbers shown are fictional.

Questions about ordering online
What is a certified translation?
A full translation of your document plus a signed statement from the translator confirming it is complete and accurate.
Do I need to come to the office?
No. You can order, pay and receive your translation online from anywhere. You are always welcome at our Brooklyn office if you prefer.
What kind of photos or files work?
Clear photos or scans (PDF, JPG or PNG) of every page, including the back if it has stamps or writing. Make sure all four corners show and nothing is cut off.
How will I receive my translation?
As a signed PDF by email. If you also need paper, we can mail a signed copy by USPS. Postage is paid by you and quoted before you order.
What add-ons can I order?
Notarization, a paper copy by mail, extra certified copies, and same-day or rush service. Each add-on is quoted before you agree to it.
Can I get it notarized?
Yes, as an add-on for an extra fee. Tell us when you order. Notarization is separate from the translator’s certificate.
Will my translation be accepted?
Each organization sets its own requirements. Check with the place receiving your document and send us their instructions so we can confirm before we start. The receiving organization decides acceptance.
Can you get the original document for me?
No. We only translate documents you already have. We do not issue, replace or obtain original records.
How long does it take?
French: 2–3 business days (rush 24 hours). Spanish and other common languages: 3–4 business days (rush 2 days). Other languages: 4–5 business days (rush 3 days). French and Spanish can be ready the same day when your documents and payment arrive by 12 PM (by 7 PM, or 6:30 PM on Saturdays). Timing starts once payment is confirmed.
Is my document kept private?
Yes. Only the translator working on your order sees your document, and we keep your file securely for 3 years.
