She founded TETEEMA GROUP LLC to give families, newcomers, and small business owners a welcoming place to find careful, professional assistance. She understands that navigating taxes, insurance, business responsibilities, and unfamiliar processes can feel overwhelming, especially when language barriers stand in the way. Her approach begins with listening, explaining options clearly, and helping each client identify practical next steps.

 

Her background spans insurance, tax preparation, business management, marketing, customer service, and community outreach. Throughout her career, she has led teams, managed multiple offices, developed community partnerships, and worked with people from diverse backgrounds. These experiences have shaped her belief that effective service requires both professional knowledge and genuine care.

 

Under her leadership, TETEEMA GROUP brings together tax preparation, insurance solutions, immigration support services, translation, bookkeeping, and travel planning. Formerly known as TEMA Consulting Services and Travel Solutions LLC, the business reflects her commitment to making professional assistance more accessible to Brooklyn’s diverse communities.

 

Marie Jeanne holds an MBA in Finance from St. John’s University and a BBA in Marketing from Baruch College, along with certificates in Auditing, Human Resource Management, and Social and Community Services. She is an IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent and a New York State licensed insurance broker. She speaks English, French, and Susu.
