TETEEMA GROUP LLC, including TEMA Tax & Consulting Services and TEMA Express Services, respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through our website, office, phone, text and WhatsApp, and how we use it.

Service information: documents you give us, which may include Social Security numbers, ITINs, passports, immigration documents, income and tax records, vehicle records, and health or Medicare information needed for insurance. Website data: basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

HOW WE USE IT: Only to provide the services you request, communicate with you, keep required records, meet legal obligations and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

TAX RETURN INFORMATION: We do not use or disclose your tax return information for any purpose other than preparing your return unless you give us separate written consent, as required by federal law (Internal Revenue Code section 7216). You may refuse or withdraw such consent at any time.

WHEN WE SHARE INFORMATION: With government agencies (IRS, New York State, USCIS, DMV and others) when you ask us to file or submit something. With insurance carriers when you apply for coverage. PAYMENTS: Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay by card, your card details are entered on Stripe's secure page and are handled under Stripe's privacy policy; we receive only confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card. We do not store full card numbers.

TEXT MESSAGES AND WHATSAPP: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. See our SMS Terms.

HOW WE PROTECT IT: We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. Original documents are returned to you.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT: We keep records only as long as needed for the service and as required by law.

YOUR CHOICES: You may ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop marketing messages, by contacting us. Some records must be kept by law.

CHILDREN: Our website is not directed to children under 13. We collect children's information only from a parent or guardian, for services such as dependent ITINs or translations.
